PRE CHECK-IN
Please use our guest app to conveniently enter your registration details before your arrival. To receive your room key card, you must check in at the self-check-in terminal upon arrival.
The room key card must be collected from the terminal by 12.00 midnight.

ON-SITE CHECK-IN (MANDATORY)
Location: The Check-In terminal is located in the courtyard to the left of the main entrance.
Times: Check-In is available from 14:00 to 24:00.
Check-In: Please use your NAME or the Check-In number.
Required Information:
- ID card or driving licence, unless you have already completed the pre-check-in
- Credit card, debit card, Maestro card, VPAY or TWINT
Important Notes:
- Credit cards used for online bookings are usually only for guarantee purposes; the room is not paid for upon arrival.
- Prepaid rooms do not need to be paid again at Check-In.
- Each room must be checked in separately to receive the correct room card.
- Please inform us in writing at least 48 hours before your arrival if you wish to redeem a voucher, and provide the voucher code. Do not forget to present the voucher upon arrival.
Terminal Output: You will receive a white room card and a receipt with your room number, Wi-Fi password, and the hotline number.
Cancellation of the reservation
Rooms can be cancelled under the following conditions:
Cancellation conditions for individual travellers
Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 days before arrival, by 2.00 pm.
From 3 days before arrival, by 2.00 pm, 50% of the booking costs will be charged.
From 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the booking costs will be charged.
Cancellation conditions for group bookings of 3 rooms or more
Up to 21 days before arrival, by 2.00 pm, an administration fee of CHF 250.– will be charged.
From 20 days before arrival, by 2.00 pm, 50% of the booking costs will be charged.
From 7 days before arrival, by 2.00 pm, 100% of the booking costs will be charged.
